WEEK 2 : GET FOUND & GET ENQUIRIES
We’ll look at your positioning, profile, local visibility, offer and content so the right potential clients can find you, understand what you offer and know how to take the next step.

WEEK 3:  TURN INTEREST INTO BOOKINGS
We’ll review real enquiries and your current booking process. You’ll learn how to handle price questions, recommend the right service, follow up naturally and make booking easier, without sounding pushy or salesy.

WEEK 4:  KEEP THEM & BUILD YOUR BOOK
We’ll focus on client experience, rebooking, retention, reviews and referrals so you’re not constantly relying on finding brand-new clients. We’ll finish by creating your personalised 90-day action plan.

THIS ISN’T A GENERIC COURSE

This is 1:1 coaching based on YOUR business.

We’ll work with your real numbers, your diary, your enquiries and the problems you’re actually experiencing. You’ll leave each session with clear actions to implement before our next call.

You won’t be given 20 things to change at once. We’ll identify what needs attention first, fix the biggest gaps and build from there.
