Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Available delivery options will be shown at checkout and may include:

  • Tracked Delivery

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail service disruptions
  • incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • events outside our control

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at:

We will assist you in contacting Royal Mail and investigating the issue.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Order Tracking
If you select a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number via email.
