Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of beauty and nail-related products are final.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not working as intended, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: magdalena@milleracademy.co.uk
To process your claim, you may be required to provide:
- your order number
- photos or videos showing the issue
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- used products
- opened items
- hygiene-related goods (including nail and beauty products)
- sale items
- gift cards
In-Person Courses & Bookings
All bookings for in-person courses are non-refundable.
By purchasing and booking a course, you agree that your place is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be cancelled for a refund.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your booked course, you may request to reschedule your booking.
Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be requested at least 7 days before the course date.
We do not guarantee availability for alternative dates.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Failure to attend the course or cancellation within less than 48 hours before the scheduled date will result in the loss of your booking and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, we may offer a reschedule at our discretion.
Online Courses (Digital Products)
All purchases of digital products, including online courses, are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:
- you waive your right to cancel once access has been granted
- no refunds will be issued under any circumstances
