Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

All prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to hygiene reasons, beauty products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Digital products (including online courses) and in-person training bookings are non-refundable.
